- Why finding your purpose matters – especially on a sobriety and healing journey
- How to reconnect with your true self beyond past labels, roles, or expectations
- Tools to explore what brings you real meaning and fulfilment
- Understanding that purpose evolves as you do – and that’s okay
- Practical ways to take aligned action, even when you're feeling unsure
