Join Emily, founder of Sober & Social and Millie Gooch, founder of SGS for a live Q+A workshop all about how to socialise sober! This workshop will guide you on how to navigate and enjoy social situations without alcohol, while staying true to yourself-perfect for the festive season.
Millie will be interviewing Emily, followed by a Q&A so that you can ask anything that might that come up!
In this Q+A, Emily & Millie will cover the following key topics:
-Navigating social gatherings during the festive season
-Building genuine connections without a drink in hand
-Managing peer pressure and setting boundaries
-Staying energised and joyful without alcohol
