Join us for a Saturday afternoon of Candlelit Yoga and connection
What: Take some time to slow down and reconnect with yourself at our Candlelit Yin Yoga session. This one-hour calming class will guide you through long-held postures designed to increase flexibility, release tension, and promote deep relaxation. With a strong focus on breathwork, you'll learn to move deeper into each pose, embrace stillness, and find comfort in discomfort – all in the soft glow of candlelight.
This practice helps soften tight muscles, targets deep connective tissues, improves circulation, and strengthens the mind-body connection. You'll leave feeling refreshed, centered, and ready to take on whatever comes next.
After the class, stay for a 45-minute mixer, where you can sip on a can of Unai, connect with like-minded women, and enjoy a moment of calm before heading into the rest of your weekend.
