Join us for our Full moon sound bath, an evening designed to help you release what no longer serves you and tune into the energy of the full moon. Immerse yourself in sound, reflection and gentle movement in a supportive, calming environment.

The small stuff
Feeling nervous? Don’t worry! We’ll have mixers to help break the ice, and many attendees come alone. If you want to chat with other attendees beforehand? Please note: Photography and filming will occur at this event. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to be photographed and recorded.

About Kwasi Ritchie-Roux: Kwasi Ritchie-Roux is a certified Sound Healer and Guided Meditation Practitioner. She creates sound journeys that feel calm, welcoming and thoughtfully run. She has facilitated sessions in Cape Town and some of London’s well-loved wellness spaces and is known for her warm presence and her ability to hold safe, supportive spaces where people can properly switch off and reset.
