Join us for a Sunday afternoon of sober girl pilates, mixer and alcohol-free drinks!
What: Start your afternoon with a gorgeous 45-minute Pilates class led by The Pink Pilates Studio. This mixed-ability Pilates Flow blends the fundamentals of traditional Pilates with both classical and contemporary techniques for a class that feels as good for the mind as it does for the body. Perfect for all levels, you’ll be guided through gentle layers and progressions so you can move in a way that feels right for you. Think low-impact, full-body movement that helps you unwind, re-energise, and reconnect. You’ll leave the mat feeling strong, centred, and ready to take on the start of the new week.
After the class, join us for a mixer with alcohol-free drinks. Connect with like-minded women in a relaxed and fun atmosphere, chat, and unwind after an energising workout.
When: Sunday 11th January
Time: 2:30pm – 4:30pm - please arrive 10 minutes early, as the class will start promptly at 2:30pm.

Feeling nervous? Don’t worry! We’ll have mixers to help break the ice, and many attendees come alone. If you want to chat with other attendees beforehand? Please note: Photography and filming will occur at this event. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to be photographed and recorded.
