Festive Sober Sweat X BRITA-

Kick off the holiday season with our Christmas-themed Sober Sweat! Start the afternoon with a relaxed mixer where you can connect with new friends.

Then, join celebrity choreographer AJ O'Neill for a dance class set to all your favourite crimbo tunes. And since we’re teaming up with BRITA to make sure you’re extra hydrated with great-tasting water, you’ll feel refreshed and ready to move! Whether you’re coming solo or with friends, this event is all about joyful movement, festive fun, and good company—no hangovers here!

Event Schedule:

12:00pm - Welcome Mixer: 
Arrive and settle in as we kick off with a relaxed, festive mixer! This is your chance to get to know the group, connect with other attendees, and make some new friends. Grab your BRITA bottle, join in on a few light-hearted icebreaker activities, and get ready for a feel-good afternoon ahead. We’ll make sure everyone feels comfortable and included!

1:00pm - Dance Class with AJ:  
Time to hit the dance floor! AJ will guide you through an hour of easygoing, festive-themed moves to all your favourite Xmas classics. This is all about having fun, moving to the beat, and enjoying a lively workout—no experience needed and no pressure, just pure, sober holiday joy.

2:00 - 2:30pm - Post-Class Hangout
After dancing, stick around for a bit to cool down, chat, and wrap up the afternoon. It’s a great time to ask AJ questions, share a laugh, and mingle with everyone who joined. Whether you’re solo or with friends, this is your chance to end on a high note, surrounded by great vibes and new connections. 

What to wear/bring - Gym kit/comfy clothes- something you can move in! Reusable BRITA filter bottle will be provided so no need to bring your own!

The small stuff 

Feeling nervous? Don’t worry! We’ll have mixers to help break the ice, and many attendees come alone. If you want to chat with other attendees beforehand? Join our Cliq community and local group chat here.
