Join us for an evening of fitness and booze-free conversation because we’ve partnered with Train Yard to bring you an energising fitness class followed by a live Q&A session with our founder, Millie Gooch.

Start the evening with an energising 45-minute circuits class led by Train Yard, featuring a mix of resistance-based exercises and cardio, followed by a relaxing deep stretch. After the class, enjoy light refreshments and mingle with like-minded women in a supportive and welcoming environment. End the night with an inspiring Q&A session with Millie Gooch, founder of Sober Girl Society, where she’ll share her personal journey, insights on sober living, and tips for creating a fulfilling alcohol-free lifestyle.
