About Emily Andrew:

Emily Andrew is an Integrative Therapist based in Cheltenham. Her approach uses a mixture of evidence-based practices, personal experience and intuition to support clients to overcome challenges and step into their power. Her personal journey with mental illness, eating disorders and a problematic relationship with alcohol has led her to the work that she does today. She’s taken extensive training and qualified as a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist, Accredited, Certified Advanced EFT (Tapping) Practitioner, Eating Disorders Practitioner as well as having a background in fitness and performing arts.
