We are hosting our monthly virtual goal-setting workshop, so all you sober and sober-curious girlies can start off Sober October in a productive headspace.

Join the Sober Girl Society team (Millie & Molly) for a virtual October goal-setting workshop!

Whether you need a little accountability or just need some time to unscramble your head, join team Sober Girl Society for our first monthly goal-setting workshop!

When: Monday 30th September 

Time: 7pm-7:45pm UK Time

The session will include:

  • An introduction on how to set goals and how to make them SMART
  • Interactive prompts and exercises for goal-setting (bring your notebook!)
  • Ideas and prompts for sober-specific goals
  • A chance to meet like-minded girls
