Join Kelly Hopkinson, coach and breathwork expert, for a workshop on reducing brain fog and gaining mental clarity. She’ll share practical tools you can use daily to improve focus and support your sobriety journey. Learn how to clear your mind and feel more present!

In this workshop, we’ll cover the following key topics:

- How improving the way we breathe can make us healthier, happier and clearer in our everyday lives
- Why a Foggy Head is getting in the way of achieving your goals and realising your dreams
- Her personal experiences and insights into how she used simple and easy breathwork practices to support her decision to stop drinking - even when she didn't want to use them!
- Learn tools to clear your mind in moments of fogginess

When: Thursday 24th October 

Time: 7pm-8pm UK Time

Where: Zoom (You will be sent the Zoom link when you have purchased your ticket.

About Kelly:

Kelly coaches people to breathe optimally in everyday life, reducing stress, brain fog and disconnection to improve focus, overall health and unshakeable inner confidence. Kelly combines breath training and movement with her knowledge in meditation, physiology and neuroscience to bring inspiring and empowering sessions, workshops, events and courses. All of this created and delivered with a dose of playfulness, real life and community to truly and realistically learn to live your happiest and healthiest everyday life. 

Kellys' has always been an educator and teacher. Following a primary school career, she moved into the wellness world, training as a yoga teacher and being invited to be a Tedx speaker. This set the wheels of self-care in motion and she now runs her business - BE:WELL CLUB - alongside raising two girls and practicing all she teaches. Advanced Breath Training with Oxygen Advantage felt like the key that unlocked the potential for all of the self-care practices Kelly already taught and practiced and she is passionate about teaching the art of down regulating with the breath and movement in todays foggy, stress & tech filled life. She consistently teaches herself & others to, 'love yourself and your everyday life, whilst also working towards goals and the life of your dreams.'
