Join Jo Partridge, an online body recomposition and health coach specialising in building helpful habits, for a virtual workshop all about understanding your nervous system and its impact on daily life. Together, we’ll explore the physiological effects of stress on the body, simple free tools to manage stress, and how to reframe your mindset to feel more grounded, supported, and in control even on the busiest days.

In this workshop, Jo will cover the following key topics:

 - Understanding the nervous system and the impact it has on our daily lives
 - Physiological impact of stress on the body
 - Managing stress with simple (free) tools
 - Reframing our mindset

Jo is an online body recomposition health and fitness coach specialising in building helpful habits to empower clients to genuinely love the skin they’re in - both on the inside and out.As a personal trainer, vegan nutritionist, reiki practitioner, sports masseuse, breath work coach, cold water instructor, Jo it fascinated and obsessed by all things health and understands the nuances involved as there is no such thing as “one size fits all”. Jo has been sober since Nov 2021 and passionately believes it is a super power. She has run marathons, ultra marathons, completed triathlons, is also a pro bikini competitor and a mum to two humans, two dogs and three cats.
