Join Cecily Mak, author of UNDIMMED, for a virtual workshop all about learning to stop dimming your own light. Together we’ll explore the small, everyday habits that deplete our energy without us even noticing. Cecily looks at how things like overworking, scrolling, and that evening glass of wine quietly pull us away from what our bodies are trying to tell us. She’ll share what she’s learned from choosing a clearer, more present way of living and why being “undimmed” doesn’t mean perfect, just more present and honest with yourself.

In the workshop, Cecily will discuss:

- The habits that subtly dim us - over-scheduling, people-pleasing, endless multitasking and how they are draining our energy.

- How this discomfort can actually be useful information, and what happened when Cecily started listening to it.

- Why Cecily’s own personal journey to sobriety became grounding for her, not as a strict rulebook, but as a way of noticing what genuinely made her feel good.

- Simple awareness tools to help you spot dimming in the moment, and make choices that protect your time and energy.
