Join Tayla, founder of Path of Beauty, for a breathwork workshop designed to help you reconnect with your body, slow down, and embrace deep self-love. Through the gentle and transformative practice of Rebirthing Breathwork, you’ll be guided to release stored emotions, cultivate gratitude, and embody self-compassion.
In this workshop, Tayla will guide you through:
- An introduction to Rebirthing Breathwork—what it is and what to expect
- A 40-minute breathwork practice focused on gratitude & self-love
- A closing reflection, including space to share experiences and guidance on aftercare
When: Thursday 3rd April
Time: 6:30pm-7:30pm UK Time
Where: Zoom (You will be sent the Zoom link when you have purchased your ticket.)
To get the full impact of rebirthing breathwork, Tayla recommends avoiding a large meal beforehand. Having a heavy meal can sometimes feel uncomfortable during the breathing process. Instead, light snacks are fine, but it's best to allow your body to feel comfortable and relaxed to fully experience the session's benefits.
