What: Join Beth Wynn, advanced clinical massage therapist, for a workshop focused on reducing stress and finding inner calm through self-massage techniques.
Beth will guide you through the mind-body connection and teach you how stress manifests in the body, as well as how self-massage can help regulate the nervous system. You’ll learn practical tools to manage stress, release tension, and feel more relaxed in your day-to-day life.
In this workshop, Beth will cover the following key topics:
- Understanding the mind-body connection – How stress manifests in the body and how self-massage can help regulate the nervous system
- Self-massage techniques – Learn simple, effective hands-on techniques to release tension in the neck, shoulders, jaw, and hands
- Acupressure for stress relief – Explore key acupressure points to help calm the nervous system and ease tension-related discomfort
- Stretching for relaxation – Gentle stretches to enhance mobility, release tight muscles, and support overall well-being

About Beth Wynn
Hi, I’m Beth, an Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist based in London and online. I take a holistic approach to bodywork, combining therapeutic techniques with a deep understanding of how the body moves and heals. Originally from Sunderland, I moved to London to pursue a career in musical theatre. But when I realized that path no longer filled my cup, my journey into bodywork began. Now, I get to do what I love every day—helping people reconnect with their bodies and move with ease. When we recognize how the stresses of daily life manifest in our tissues, we can begin to support ourselves in releasing those tensions and prioritizing our well-being. I specialise in working with chronic pain conditions such as chronic fatigue, stress-related tension, and chronic migraines, offering tailored treatments that help restore balance and alleviate discomfort. My goal is to empower you to move in ways that feel good, supporting your body’s natural healing process so you can live pain-free and with greater freedom. Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing long-term pain, or simply looking to feel more at home in your body, I’m here to support you on your journey.
