Join Natalie and Shane, founders of Soberight, for a virtual workshop all about navigating sober relationships and dating. In this session, they’ll share their own journey as a sober couple and offer practical advice for anyone exploring love, connection and intimacy without alcohol.
In this workshop, we will cover:
- Relationships in sobriety: how choosing sobriety impacts your standards, boundaries and relationship dynamics.
- Navigating mixed-drinking dynamics: tips for managing alcohol in a relationship if you or your partner drinks.
-Sober dating: finding a partner who matches your energy and aligns with your values.
- Sharing our story: an insight into our own sober relationship journey and lessons learned.
- Practical tips: ideas for fun, meaningful, alcohol-free date experiences.
When: Thursday 16th April
Time: 7pm-8pm UK Time
Where: Zoom (You will be sent the Zoom link when you have purchased your ticket.)
