Join Emily Andrew, an Integrative Therapist, for a workshop on EFT Tapping to Reduce Cravings. Emily will share practical tools to help manage cravings, reduce stress, and improve your mental health. Learn how to use EFT (also known as tapping) to support your well-being and sobriety journey.

In this workshop, Emily will cover the following key topics:

- What is EFT (also known as tapping)
- How EFT can support your mental health, reduce stress and combat cravings
- Different kinds of cravings and why it's important to understand them
- A live demonstration of how to use EFT for cravings

When: Wednesday 6th November  

Time: 7pm-8pm UK Time

Where: Zoom (You will be sent the Zoom link when you have purchased your ticket.)

About Emily:

Emily Andrew is an Integrative Therapist based in Cheltenham. Her approach uses a mixture of evidence-based practices, personal experience and intuition to support clients to overcome challenges and step into their power. Her personal journey with mental illness, eating disorders and a problematic relationship with alcohol has led her to the work that she does today. She’s taken extensive training and qualified as a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist, Accredited, Certified Advanced EFT (Tapping) Practitioner, Eating Disorders Practitioner as well as having a background in fitness and performing arts. 

As well as working online and in person 1-1 with a range of clients online and in person Emily's passion for EFT and mental wellbeing has led her to appear at events, festivals and conferences, leading workshops and training around the UK and internationally.
