Join Anne-Sophie Fluri, published neuroscientist, for a workshop all about the neuroscience of visualisation. During this session, Anne-Sophie will explore how mental resilience is defined in science, and guide you through a 2025 vision and goal-setting exercise. You’ll also learn the difference between 'manifesting' and 'visualisation,' and discover how visualisation can change the brain long-term to help you achieve your goals.

In this workshop, Anne-Sophie will cover the following key topics:
