Join the team at Fig for The Self Care Reset, a restorative and empowering workshop designed to reconnect you with your body through movement, education, and self-care rituals.
At Fig, we believe inner beauty reveals itself through joyful energy, mindful rituals, and a positive approach to life. This session is all about slowing down, nourishing yourself, and experiencing the strength of community and sisterhood.
In this workshop, you’ll experience:
- A gentle, fully seated yoga sequence led by Sinem, designed to support lymphatic flow with movement, breath work, and meditation
- An introduction to dry brushing - exploring its benefits and how to use them effectively for both body and face
- Practical tools to weave self-care rituals into daily life, helping you feel nourished, balanced, and confident
- Time for Q&A to ask questions and share your own experiences
You’re welcome to bring your own brush if you’d like to practise along during the demo (completely optional). We also suggest having a glass of water nearby for a refreshing post–dry brushing reset.
