About Lauren White:
Lauren is a renowned mentor & specialist in trauma, addiction, mental health and well-being. She works actively with successful, hard working and high achievers whom struggle to break free from toxic behaviours, self sabotage and addiction, allowing them to break free by creating a pathway of freedom they deserve, no matter what it takes. She has spoken across the UK & famously featured on behalf of The Amy Winehouse and Princes Trust, whilst also working closely with private schools and abroad in Hong Kong. Lauren got sober at the age of 18 after battling addiction issues. Her work extends to brands and companies supporting staff and employees with mental health, mindset, self esteem and well being matters.
