About Abi Feltham:
Abi Feltham is a content creator from London whose advocacy for addiction and mental health recovery has seen her become an inspiration to many. After ten years of travelling the world and living out of a backpack, Abi found herself slipping deeper into alcohol addiction, her mental health at an all time low. The pandemic forced her to move back home to the UK where she finally looked inward, cleaned up and began her recovery journey. She has been clean and sober since April 2020, and now creates dry-witted and relatable content for her 170,000 social media followers, detailing the highs and lows of sobriety, recovery and self-discovery.
