About Jessica Clark:
Jessica is 29 and from Bristol in the South West of England. She has lived in London for just over 8 years until very recently taking some time out to travel and write. She has recently published her first book "How to quit alcohol like a boss and live a life of sobriety" which is a guide for those wanting to explore sobriety but aren’t sure where to start or what to expect along the way, written from her own experiences. After many years of battling a toxic relationship with alcohol, she's proudly 18 months sober and is a strong advocate for sobriety.
