A workshop with Jen Wilkins, founder of The Glow Studio & fully certified Face Yoga & Gua Sha teacher, all about reconnecting with yourself through mindful facial massage and self-care rituals

In this workshop Jen will cover:

- What Gua Sha is and how it supports your skin, circulation and lymphatic system

- Simple Face Yoga techniques to release facial tension and help you feel more relaxed

- How to create a calming self-care ritual you can bring into your everyday routine

- Ways to support your natural glow through mindful beauty practices

- How to use your Gua Sha tool safely and effectively at home

What to bring to your session:

- Freshly cleansed skin - remove all makeup and cleanse your face before we begin

- Clean hands - we’ll be working directly on your face, so please make sure your hands are freshly washed

- A nourishing face oil or serum - this helps create the perfect glide for the massage techniques

- A clean Gua Sha tool

Please note: Gua Sha is not recommended if you have had Botox or fillers within the previous 2 weeks, or if you have severe rosacea, acne, eczema or psoriasis. If you have a serious medical condition, please consult with your GP before taking part.

About Jen Wilkins:

Hi, I’m Jen, founder of The Glow Studio. I’m a fully certified Face Yoga & Gua Sha teacher and holistic facialist, who wants to help you relax, restore and feel more connected to yourself. Natural skincare and beauty practices have always been close to my heart - my sessions are designed to support your skin health, release facial tension, reduce stress and enhance your natural glow.

What is Gua Sha? Gua Sha is an ancient Chinese massage technique that uses a smooth facial tool to gently glide across the skin. It works with the meridian lines, acupressure points, circulatory and lymphatic systems of the body.
