NYD Special Virtual Club | 1st January

What: Start the new year with a little connection, community and time for yourself 💗 Join us on New Year’s Day for a chilled and relaxed group Zoom call, where you can connect, share and support one another as we ease into the year ahead. Whether you’re feeling hopeful about a fresh start, reflecting on the year that’s been or simply looking for a bit of connection after the festive season, this is a welcoming space for honest conversations. Facilitated by our peer mentor Megan Sinclair, we’ll celebrate the wins, acknowledge the struggles and remind each other that we don’t have to figure it all out alone. ✨

We understand that joining a group setting can feel intimidating, so here’s what to expect: 

  • There’s no pressure to speak if you’d prefer to just sit back and listen. 
  • You’re welcome to keep your camera off if that makes you feel more comfortable - especially if you’re feeling a bit shy. 
  • That said, we do recommend keeping your camera on to make the most of the experience and help foster a stronger sense of connection with the group. 

This is a judgment-free, supportive environment where you can engage at your own pace. Whether you're here to share or simply to soak in the positive vibes, we’d love to have you join us for these inspiring and uplifting sessions! 

When: Friday 1st January

Time: 10am - 11am  UK Time

Where: Zoom (You will be sent the Zoom link when you have purchased your ticket.)
