Join Anna Charles, alcohol freedom coach and author of The Off Switch, for a virtual workshop all about understanding your “off switch” and learning how to turn down alcohol’s pull. 💖 

Anna will explore why alcohol can start to feel like such a powerful reward and what happens when our natural ability to switch off the desire for it gets disrupted. She’ll share practical tools to help you understand what’s keeping that desire switched on, interrupt the patterns that fuel it and start rebuilding your own off switch.

In this workshop we will explore:

- What your “off switch” is and how it can become disrupted

- Why alcohol can become such a powerful reward

- How the brain learns to keep the desire for alcohol switched on

- How to recognise the patterns that are keeping your off switch stuck

- Practical ways to start switching off the desire for alcohol and make it feel less compelling 💕

    When: Thursday 15th October   

    Time: 7pm-8pm UK Time
