Join Ling Choi, Helsinki-based experience designer and cultural storyteller, for a virtual workshop all about becoming more confidently you.In this session, you’ll explore how to build confidence from the inside out - not as something you “perform”, but something you can return to again and again 💛
We will explore:
- How to say yes/no with clarity and ease
- Simple tools to feel grounded and calm in your body, even in busy environments (in under a minute)
- How to stop overthinking and second-guessing yourself
- How to create the right conditions for confidence to naturally emerge
-How to build a personal toolkit for calm, confidence and self-trust

About Ling Choi:
Ling Choi is a Helsinki-based Experience Designer + Cultural Storyteller, creating sensory- and emotion-led experiences that help people feel more connected, present and the art of living. Originally from Hong Kong, she arrived in rural Finland as a high school exchange student. Since then, Finland has become her second home and a lasting influence on her approach to mindful living. With a background in tech, brand strategy, community facilitation, she helps brands and communities create meaningful moments that last — making wellness accessible in real life beyond theory. She has designed and facilitated experiences internationally including YouTube Creator Collective UK and Anthropologie UK, as well as festive intimate gatherings like Bridal Blessing Circles.
