Join Kate Burke-Hamilton, Nutritional Therapist, for a virtual workshop all about understanding how nutrition can support your recovery and help you build a life that feels good. 💖

In this workshop we will explore:

- How alcohol and other substance use can affect your nutritional needs and physical wellbeing.

- Why regular, nourishing meals matter and how they can support your energy, mood and overall health.

- The connection between blood sugar, energy dips and cravings, and how to support more stable energy throughout the day.

- How nutrition can support your body, brain and gut as you navigate recovery.

- Simple, practical ways to nourish yourself when motivation is low, life feels overwhelming or cooking feels like too much.

- How to build realistic food routines that support your wellbeing without restrictive rules or the pressure to eat perfectly.

- How to rebuild a positive relationship with food and your body, without replacing one set of rigid behaviours with another.

When: Thursday 26th November

Time: 7pm-8pm UK Time

Where: Zoom (You will be sent the Zoom link when you have purchased your ticket.)
