Join Stephanie Hazard, recovery coach and author of Making Sobriety Stick: A Recovery Coach’s Guide to Sustainable Change, for a virtual workshop all about making sobriety stick and building a life that supports your recovery. Stephanie will explore what it means to see recovery as growth towards something, rather than simply moving away from something.

In this workshop we will explore:

- Growing Wellness: Reframing recovery as growth towards something, not just away from something, and why this mindset shift matters in early recovery

- The 8 Dimensions of Wellness: A guided walkthrough of each dimension (physical, emotional, social, spiritual, intellectual/creative, occupational, financial and environmental) and how they show up in daily recovery life

- Self-Assessment: Where Am I Now?: A brief reflective exercise where participants rate their current standing in each dimension

- Building Your Recovery Wellness Plan: Hands-on time to identify 2–3 priority dimensions and set small, achievable goals in each

- Next Steps & Accountability: A simple way to carry the plan forward through a check-in ritual, journaling prompt or peer accountability partner

When: Tuesday 3rd November

Time: 7pm-8pm UK Time
