Join Eric Zimmer, author of How a Little Becomes a Lot for a virtual workshop all about exploring how real, lasting change actually happens and why it often comes from small, simple actions rather than big, overwhelming shifts.

In this session, Eric will explore ideas from his new book How a Little Becomes a lot including:

- How small, consistent actions create lasting transformation

- Why motivation often comes after action, not before

- Learning to reconnect with your deeper values in difficult moments

- Shifting from self-criticism into curiosity and self-understanding
