About Sarah Hiscox:
Sarah Hiscox is the author of The Beginning and End of Everything, a memoir exploring addiction, recovery, shame, self-worth, motherhood, friendship and the long road back to herself. The book, published in July 2026, features a foreword by Sarah’s lifelong friend Davina McCall. Sarah’s story takes readers from the early experiences that shaped her relationship with self-worth and addiction through heroin dependency, relapse, recovery and rebuilding her life. She has now been in recovery for more than two decades and supports others through her work as a mentor and sponsor.
