A workshop with Amina AlTai, author of The Ambition Trap, alongside Millie Gooch, founder of Sober Girl Society, exploring why your ambition might be working against you in the new world of work, and what you really need to succeed at the things that matter most to you.
In this workshop, Amina will cover:
- Amina AlTai’s personal story of ambition and how it nearly cost her her life
- How to anchor your ambition to your purpose to avoid burnout
- What self-care and effective boundaries at work look like
- How to build an expansive mindset and achieve more of what really matters
About Amina AlTai:
As a woman of Iraqi descent and a chronic illness advocate, Amina aims to help historically excluded communities reclaim ambition on their own terms. She has consulted for major companies such as Google, Deloitte, Cartier, Slack, as well as celebrities and athletes. Her method combines her personal experiences with her professional credibility as a leadership coach to introduce a more purposeful, collaborative and community-driven concept of ambition. My debut book, The Ambition Trap, challenges the toxic connotations of ambition!

This is a workshop replay. If you’d like to join the next session live and interact with our speakers in real time, please head to our events for details on upcoming dates and registration!
