Join Tiffany Booth for Calm your tits yoga, a virtual yoga session designed for EVERY body. Tiffany’s mantra is that yoga isn’t about shape, size or experience, it’s for you, exactly as you are. She’s so excited to bring this safe, welcoming space to Sober Girl Society.

This class is yin yoga, suitable for every body. We do ask that participants can get up and down from the floor with limited assistance. Variations will be offered but if you have additional needs, please check with a doctor before joining. Whether you’re a yoga newbie or a seasoned yogi, this is your space to breathe, stretch, and unwind. ✨

In this hour-long workshop, we’ll enjoy:

- Tiffany’s signature shake-off to release tension

- Breath work and meditation to center and calm your mind

- Yin yoga stretches for deep relaxation and restoration

What to bring:

- A calm, quiet space (if possible!)

-Yoga mat or towel to lie on

- Cushions or a bolster for modifying poses

- Yoga blocks (or cushions as a comfy alternative)

- Optional eye mask and blanket for maximum relaxation during savasana

When: Tuesday 14th July   

Time: 7pm-8pm UK Time

Where: Zoom (You will be sent the Zoom link when you have purchased your ticket.)

About Tiffany Booth:

Calm Your Tits yoga is for every body, no matter your body. Through online and in person yin yoga classes Tiffany is a yoga instructor who's aim is to create a safe space for all. Having had multiple surgeries for underlying health conditions Tiffany found comfort in yin yoga and now wants to share restorative yoga to all no matter their experience (or flexibility)!
