About Jess Parkinson:
Jess is a well-being coach specialising in breath-work, helping people manage and overcome anxiety, stress, sleep issues and respiratory conditions. She’s also a yoga teacher, personal trainer, biomechanics coach and mental health first aider. As well as running her own business, Jess is also the master trainer for both the Holistic and brand new Mind category at London gym chain Gymbox, featuring studio classes specifically for mental fitness as well as physical
