Athletic Brewing Co Run Wild IPA Alcohol Free Beer
Born in the USA, we’re as impressed by the environmental and social credentials of Athletic Brewing Company as we are by their AF IPA. A certified B Crop, the company donates 2% of all sales to park clean ups and maintenance projects. That’s certainly a drink with a conscience! Speaking of which, Run Wild is suitable for vegans, made with five hops so you can expect a complex blend of malt and bitterness.
Brewdog Punk AF IPA
If you like your AF drinks on the sweet side but without the sugary, often sickly aftertaste, it’s worth giving Brewdog’s non-alcoholic IPA a go. With eight different hops from across the world, you can expect this can to pack a lot of punch. Based on the original Punk IPA, you’ve got the light, citrusy flavours from the pineapple and lychee – serious tropical vibes here – but a gentle bitter undercurrent, swiftly followed by a sharp grapefruit aftertaste.
Big Drop Poolside DDH IPA
Just when we’d got IPA figured out, now we have DDH. Come again? It’s short for ‘Double Dry Hopped’, which means hops are added to cooled liquid, as opposed to just at boiling point beforehand. Methods and techniques vary across breweries but what you can expect is a tropical AF IPA with added oomph – we love the mix of citrus, pine and stone fruit flavours swiftly followed by a herby taste, with a syrupy mango finish. This has got summer pool party written all over it.
UNLTD IPA
This bottle is so good that it’s got itself a spot on the podium – silver prize at the 2022 World Beer Awards, no less. At just 13 cals a bottle, it’s perfect if you’re keeping your drinking cals on the downlow. A hoppy and aromatic option awaits you, with a rich, malty finish taking the edge off the citrus flavour. Aside from the delicious taste, this is quite possibly the sleekest AF beer packaging around. Fancy!
Brulo Lust for Life DDH IPA
One for SGS babes looking for a AF beer with bite. Another “DDH” IPA, this AF option gives you double the amount hops as normal, so you can expect a more intense, powerful beverage with every sip. It’s got a hat-trick of hops, – Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe – each with their own distinct palate to bring to the table. It’s tropical, but with a hint of berries before the bitter flavour takes over. One to impress your sober mates with!
Beavertown Lazer Crush Alcohol Free IPA
Well this gets the SGS award for ‘quirkiest, most eye-catching AF IPA can’ (niche, we know), but it’s an icebreaker at a party, that’s for sure. If you like your beverages on the sweeter side of life, you’ll love this light, refreshing AF drink. More than a hint of tropical flavour – that’ll be thanks to the lychee, pineapple, peach and mango – it’s got quite a sharp initiate taste but gives way to a super sweet finish.
Nirvana Classic IPA

Nirvana Brewery describe this crowd pleaser and we can see why – beyond the very cheery packaging lies a beverage with an impressive mix of flavours. Think pine, fruit and even spice for a AF beer with a difference. Who said booze free beer was boring? Besides, Nirvana is the only brewery in the UK dedicated to alcoholic-free drinks, so they know their stuff.
Funky Fluid X Fusion Brewing Crazy Hazy IPA
As the name perhaps gives away, this is a bit of a ‘cocktail’ beer (or shall we say mocktail?), the name may say ‘hazy’ but your head certainly won’t be after you’ve consumed this can. The brainchild of Funky Fluid and Fusion Brewing, this is the AF IPA for you if you like your drinks on the tropical side of soft. Watch this space though – the brewers will be tweaking this recipe over the coming months to make it even better!
Lowtide Brewing NEIPA The Cosmic Turtle
Well isn’t this turtle a cutie? NE stands for New England, and this AF beer features hops traditional to this area of the US, like Citra, Mosaic, Amarillo and El Dorado. Subtle in smell, it’s like it saves its punch for the fruity, bitter flavour. You could say it’s out of this world… ahem.
Lucky Saint - Hazy IPA
This juicy, hazy IPA is here to make waves. Brewed with Pale Malts and punchy New World Hops, it brings big notes of tropical and stone fruits in every sip. Think sunshine in a can - bold, bright, and totally refreshing. Soft on the nose but full of flavour, it strikes that dreamy balance between smooth and bitter.
Mash Gang Chug Hazy IPA
Mash Gang don’t mess around - their Chug IPA is a hazy, bold, flavour-packed number with tropical fruit notes and a satisfyingly dank finish. If you’re into your craft beers, this one’s for you. Plus, Mash Gang are a UK-based indie favourite with a cult following for a reason: they know their stuff.
Big Drop Pine Trail Pale Ale
Award-winning and brewed in the UK, Big Drop’s Pine Trail is a crisp, hoppy pale ale that doesn’t compromise on flavour. It’s citrusy, dry, and zesty, with a lovely bitter finish — perfect if you’re after a classic IPA taste without the alcohol. Vegan-friendly and under 0.5% ABV, it’s a solid go-to.
Leffe Blonde 0.0%
Belgian beer lovers, this one’s for you. Leffe Blonde 0.0% keeps all the smooth, slightly spiced richness of the original — just without the alcohol. It’s golden, malty, and full-bodied with those signature caramel and clove notes. A proper grown-up AF option if you’re after something a bit more traditional (and seriously tasty).
